WD creates three other files you could find useful:

- clientrawhour.txt: last hour data in a 1 minute basis.
- clientrawextra.txt: last day data in a 1 hour basis.
- clientrawdaily.txt: last month data in a 1 day basis.

Excellent, thank you. Clientrawextra.txt looks like the one I need. I don't suppose you know if it is uploaded with clientraw.txt by default?

New version updated (v6.5) with an optional 12 hour temperature graph as the widget background. I've tried to make it subtle enough that it doesn't get in the way of other data on the widget but not too subtle that you can't see it.
Note with this background image option set, it downloads the clientrawextra.txt file on every update. Mine is about 3k. Theoretically the updates might drain the device battery more with this background set.

I've also made the free version a full featured 24 hour demo.

Let me know if you have any feedback. Can't promise to act on it though, but I'll do my best, particularly if there are bugs.

I think PayPal or a Credit Card.  But if you contact monkey-Chops, he can accept it by other means and set you up as paid.

If you purchase an app from the market, it is linked to your account you have linked to the market.  The payment method is also linked to what you have setup with the market which can be one or more methods.  When you change phones, you use the same account and any applications that are compatible with your device will be available to re-download again.  if you purchase it via other means (like directly from a vendor) this may not happen.

All you need is Time, Aptitude and Desire ... and you can build just about anything...

I've been using this widget since the beginning and really love it, I'm using it on my Galaxy phone and Thrive Android tablet. It's Winter here in the Midwest and the snow is finally starting to fall. Is there anyway we can switch from rain to snow?..

Thanks for the feedback JP, and good question. The simple answer is 'no', not without me modifying the code.
The easiest (cheating) thing would be to change rain to 'Precipitation'. Which is a cumbersome word I think.
I could add something in the options. But on balance I would prefer to keep the widget simple. I don't really want to get into working out when rain becomes snow and vice versa. Also I have lost my widget 'mojo' currently. I have reached the conclusion that the widget is good enough to leave alone for a while. Maybe someone else can write a better one?

Hi monkeyshop,
would it be possible to have the scale color the same as the graph. It would be more easy to read and the widget would stay simple.
Thanks.

Brian - glad you like it, thanks for the positive feedback, really appreciated :-)
I think widgets are great on Android. I was flabberghasted when I found out you can't have them on iOS.

lehautfourneau - I did experiment with the colours, but found that if the scale colour was too visible then it could sometimes conflict the other items on display. Have you tried the larger sized widget? The y-axis scale should be a bit easier to read.
