you can sort of do that, with the trends image…it shows hoe much colder, windier, etc , it is, compare to the current time/date this time 1 year ago , and 1 month ago, etc…
and also, you could use the graph history, and select todays date this time last year (use the calendar to choose the year as 1 year ago)…and in a new 10.13x, you can see the data from the mouse position on the graph too
