I’ve created a new script that allows full CWOP statistics to be viewable on your site. You can drill down from 3 day data span to 52 weeks. The script shows the “Average Data Error” and the “Standard Deviation”.
See script in Action: http://www.relayweather.com/wxcwopstats.php
Download here: http://www.relayweather.com/downloads.php
*Note: The quality checking of CWOP data is only done on North American stations.
Enjoy,
Michael
Very nice.
Can you include wind vectoring graphs?
Maybe neighboring stations too? W/in a user set radius?
That’s so cool.
Lots of work Mike. Nice job on that.
I’ve been hoping someone would do a script for CWOP, I just embed the page right now and I’m not happy with it. It looks good so far.

The script is available for download on the first post. I hope everyone enjoys this script.

I’ll tell ya, I can’t keep up with all these great features and scripts that are created

Thanks Michael! This is really great
I have one issue that I found. I had a problem with my barometer readings a few weeks back so I have Worst daily average barometer error: showing. If you click on the blue link (-4.9) it brings you to a page that doesn’t exist. Also the text “Worst daily average barometer error:” is not aligned like the others in the column. The same conditions above also occur with Worst daily standard deviation:

Looks Great! It’s a excellent addition to my site, thanks for the hard work.

Hi,
I never really payed much attention to CWOP (sorry…) but I take it that this is only working for CW-stations, not DW-id’s?
My ID is DW1587 but I don’t get any analysis figures (and ofcourse the red X). Do we only have the possibility to compare our data with one or more surrounding stations?

Is the reason that you have no analysis (compare) because there are no other stations close by? The script should work fine with the DW id’s too…

Best regards,
Ken
Another big THANKS!!!.
It does work for “DW” stations like mine:
http://www.cavecountryweather.com/wxcwopstats.php?span=7d Only I did not include the “W”
=D> Another great script, Michael! http://www.planoweather.com/wxcwopstats.php
Does anyone have a higher quality version of the CWOP logo?
It’s not working for me, even if I leave the ‘W’ out.
I get a wind vector but no graphs - and lots of red crosses.
My page http://www.kerikeriweather.co.nz/wxcwopstats.php?span=7d
My CWOP info page http://weather.gladstonefamily.net/site/D0103
not sure if it is something wrong in my page or the fact that there are not enough stations around me?
Hmm… OK, what did I do wrong?
Please have a look at: http://www.weerstationlangerak.nl/wdajax/wxcwopstats.php
So, no comparison. But I do have neighbouring stations, take a look at: http://weather.gladstonefamily.net/site/D1587?metric=1;tile=10;days=3#Data
My cwop setting: $cwop = “D1587”;
Beats me…
Regarding the logo, pse see attached
Attached are 2 logos that I have. I think they are available upon signing up. The top one has a transparent background.
This is how I entered my station info. Hope it helps:
$cwop = "D1420";
