Brian, mine ranges from 27% to around 50% I can never remember webcamcapture being anywhere near 4%
even when it was on this dual core 4gb machine when i 1st started out with WD But then i use 640x480
320x240 would give you much, much lower cpu

Hi Lars, Is yours reflecting some light its picking up? Thats certainly a strange image,
i aint never seen out like that with mine, this is my image below without the anti flicker,
if i turn it on it makes no difference... At least i can now seen why you use it

John P
I now know what the matter is with your image, now i have seen it in the daytime.....
its overexposing, The best way to cure it is to raise the angle of the camera so that it sees more sky or
stick a sunglasses lens over the camera lens...
What i think has happened is, as were coming into summer time the suns angle is higher and now too bright for
your image... do the above and you will notice a great difference

To lower the CPU in webcamcapture, Change the freamrate down to 5.00 frames it will lower the cpu by half
