That's good.  Don't make the box too small.  Try an outside yard 500W spotlight light fitting or something first.

Maybe a little OT but has anyone fitted an outside webcam to a rotator so it can be directed in whichever direction you want at any given time? I'm starting to get real interested in the idea of mounting a weathercam (haven't got the foggiest idea of how to set one up as yet) and I was thinking last evening how good it would be to capture sunrises and sunsets. Hence the idea of a rotator.

  I used 2 rotators  and can point my camera where ever I want   heres a link   http://www.sandhillweather.com/Camera_Housing.html

Its just mounted on a old Direct tv standpipe
