wdstartdelay not working any more
« on: February 02, 2010, 03:38:12 PM »
I have always used wdstartdelay to start wd with windows, with a 60 seconds delay. It has worked fine until yesterday when I installed WD 10.37Pb19. Now WD starts immediately after win XP starts. I have not changed any settings. What is happening?

The facts are:
- WD Setup->Launch when windows start=No
- wdstartdelay: Start with windows is checked
- wdstartdelay: delay is set to 60

This is the setup that I have always used. Why has it stopped working? Is it something in 10.37Pb19?

I just found another thing: If I open wdstartdisplay and close it again, then restart my PC, wdstartdisplay start as it has always done and wd starts 60 seconds later. If I then reboot again, WD starts immediately. I have repeted this several times. So it seems that wdstartdisplay is only working correctly the first time after opening it manually?

Do anybody know why?

Is that another setting than "Launch when window start"? Because, as I say in my first post, that is set to "No".
