NOAA radio no longer auto plays

I've not changed anything for over a year on this page.
But lately, the audio stream no longer automatically starts playing.
The play button has to be clicked on twice to get it to manually play.
Would someone please have a look and see if anythings amiss?

I had to click it three times.  I waited 15 seconds between clicks.
