How do you set up Weather Display to connect to the WS 2000 computer interface?

I have a serial to USB adapter connected to my MAC.

in a terminal window
type
ls /dev/tty.*

and see if the driver shows up
then enter that as the port driver to use in the com port setup in WD (if it does not show up when you click to list the devices)

Hi headhog,

If you have no luck with what Windy suggests, you more than likely will need to get a Keyspan USA-19HS adapter. That was the only adapter that would work for me, and apparently for many others as well. It does cost a little more than most adapters but is is worth it. Good luck,

Paul

Thanks for the replys.

The result from Is /dev/tty.* is:  -bash: Is: command not found
BobMacPro:~ robertstrasser$

Thanks for the tip on the Keyspan adapter.

Not a Mac user (I am a Linux guy), but the command will be lower case L rather than upper case I at the start (i.e ls). Not easy to tell with some fonts I know.
