Jpgraph error: An expert help please

Hi guys,
i've an error with this jpgraph file here: http://www.adbarno.it/datiidro/bilancino/grafico_vol_att.php
I think that the file grafico_vol_att.php needs to another file to plot the graph.
That file is here: http://www.adbarno.it/datiidro/bilancino/grafico_vol_att_ro.php
It it possible to plot the graph using the db file?
I premise that i can't edit this file because i'm not a permission.

I think you'll need to post the code for anyone to help.

Unfortunately not Niko, because i haven't permission to edit the file.
I believed that there was a solution to plot the graph only using those files.

I see, that makes it difficult
