I did some checking after getting a PM from Ken (Kenai Weather) and found that the advisories are showing up in the state feed but, not in the related zone/county feeds.  I sent the following email on Ken's (Kenai Weather) behalf to both Bob Bunge and Mike Gerber at NWS.  Hopefully, they can get the problem fixed soon.

Advisories for Alaska show up in the state feed but, do not show up in the related zone/county codes lists i.e. Western Kenai Peninsula is currently showing two Flood Advisories in the state feed but, the related zone (AKZ121) only shows "There are no active watches, warnings or advisories".

I received a reply from Mike Gerber today saying they have requested a fix for this problem and will let me know when it is complete.
