WD not uploading data to cwop

WD g\has sy\topped uploading data to CWOP servers. I have reinstalled the newest wd. and it still does not update at he times specified in the control panel config. It will do it if I manually upload but nothing after that. Any ideas???

croncwop is not being run at the times in the config

note that CWOP needs the update times set by your CWOP number, so that is what governs the update times
but otherwise make sure you have the main internet switch on in the connections setup
and also make sure that your firewall is not blocking the Ftpupd.exe program
also check what shows in the Ftplogfull.txt file?

Nothing in the ftpfull log, croncwop will update if I do it manually. my cwop # cw2230, This is driving me crazy. I can't seam to figure it out.

also, though, did you read the postings above, about how the time that it updates is set by your CW number?
(i.e the closest that is to the set upload time)
