I saw that you changed the original filename from wxraindetail.php to wxrain.php.
but you forget to change the form name inside the script on line 97 from

<form  method="get" action="wxraindetail.php" >
to
<form  method="get" action="wxrain.php" >

I'm missing something here.  I have the script installed and I can view it fine, just no data, I have WD NOAA reports set to ON for "Upload the NOAA report daily to my webpage" and "Upload daily the standard reports to my webpage"  I also have upload a yearly report at end of year.  I'm WD 1037N.

I don't have the dailynoaareport with month year, I do have dailynoaareport.htm  and I believe I ran that in WD this morning and manually uploaded it, it looks like I'm missing a setting in WD, again I have the NOAA reports set to on for uploading.  The link to the raindetail is http://www.rdoghouse.org/homewx/wxraindetail.php

I suspect you have a permissions problem on the dailynoaareport.htm file

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /homewx/dailynoaareport.htm on this server.
Apache/2.2.8 (Ubuntu) PHP/5.2.4-2ubuntu5.5 with Suhosin-Patch Server at www.rdoghouse.org Port 80

That would be used for the current month.

The other months would be in the format of dailynoaareportMYYYY.htm and they don't seem to exist.

Kevin that was it.  I'm not seeing why they had a permisson of 600, the parent directory is set with read write, the ftp upload user is me and the owner of files and directory, so they should have kept that permission and been set to 644,   I changed the files to 644 and I can read the current month now.   What should I do for yearly data?

Thanks again kevin, I got it all done, found the problem too.  umask setting got changed in an update on my ftp server.
