WDconsole - Version 5.1

Hi,

I'm using last version 5.1. This is what I have :

- Icon and Sun/Moon rise information show strange information.
- Icon say time is dry and clear (it is raining and sometime snowing). MesoMap show this info too.
- Values on Sun/Moon has no sens (see picture)
- Fire index is "Extreme" (?) has no sens too (see picture)

to find out what is wrong with the clientraw files, you will need to use the online parser
most likely there is an extra space somewhere occuring, probably with the weather description
in fact, if you have wind and rain, the the weather description will be Windy Rain
in the client raw file
it will be that extra space that will be the problem
I will change it to Windy_Rain instead

also note that the consolewd does not calculate FWI, so do not display that on your WDL

its the forecast string from the davis VP
I have not replaced the spaces with _
will fix that now and upload vers 5.2

yes but values are differents. Hard console recorded 20.4mm., WDL show 9.6mm (?). Hard console show Snow (little star icon for freezing I thing) but WDL show dry weather and clear night...

Do you know how Davis VP2 record snow?

... about rain I understand. WDconsole lost data when I update to 5.0 and 5.1. After I get com lib from old version, it was restarting...

I know forecast icon and text are not working on Davis VP, but icon for actual weather is not working too.

What about wrong values on Sun/Moon. This was working before on version 3.8, even if value was different from my GPS.

By old version of the com lib will the one work from wdconsole 4.8?  I have tried 5.1 with Davis VP2 and get no data.

Actually, I use 5.1 with libcom.so (Jun 28 01:03 34369 bytes), provided with version 3.0. Version with 5.x do not works for me.

I was able to use the libcom.so from the 4.8 version to get wdconsole to work also. It seems to be feeding data to wunderground, mysql and CWOP just fine.

yes, my problem was with WDL... updates was not functional, no idea why.
Mysql and CWOP was working just fine.

does for me here in testing

now, re the davis VP and the latest libcom.so
is this with a revb type data logger?

I see you bundled in 5.2 the fix for the problems I reported (column 15 and 48).  Thanks.

Unfortunately there seems to be a regression on the %moonage% tag.  It now has a blank space at the end.  For today, it's  `1 ' ... whereas it used to be `1'
