Updating the summary.gif on our school website

The continuing problem of www.poplar.merton.sch.uk/weatherdisplay!  We are using WD 10.37 and WL 5.7.  I have managed to get a webpage up onto the school website, viewable at www.poplar.merton.sch.uk/weatherdisplay/poplar.htm.   However, the summary at the top of the page does not upload, so although everything else is uploading and updating in 10 min intervals, the summary remains obstinately at that moment when I manually ftp'd it to the webserver.

Can anyone suggest what I have to do to ensure the summary reflects the rest of the website display, please.

if using the customise internet and file creation and setup then make sure you have set times to create and set times to upload the summary image
and also check the remote file name is set correct in the upload times
also check the view, ftp log,view full log, to see files uploaded, etc
