I can't start consolewd, because I get the following failure:

Does anybody know, what the problem could be?

Need alittle more information What are you running etc, Have you installed the library files?

All libaries are installed. If I delete one libary, which is needed from consolewd, I get the failure, that a libary is needed. So all libaries are correct installed.
I run consolewd under Debian 4.0 r4 stable and under FreeBSD in the Linux compatibility mode. The program don't run under one of the systems and on both I get the same failure.

most likely your libc is not current enough (needs to be 2.3 (or is it 2.4)or above)

My version is 2.3.6.

just checked the readme.txt
it says it needs to be vers 2.5

not sure what you mean...it does not work that way...you need to update your libc ....

Now I have all libs. The program starts, but it stop after the start with the following failure:

Will run cron files

Has anyone an idea, what the problem is? Acces denied, but I can not start the Problem as root.

sounds like a permission problem
check the permissions on the files/folder
also if a USB type station, run as root
