NOAA warning issue causing tag processing failure?

I had posted this item in the Mantis Bug Tracker but it seems it has been removed, along with all of the files and data needed to recreate the problem.  This is the best description I have now since the problem was actually noticed a few weeks ago.

When I configured and enabled NOAA Warnings (Control Panel -> NOAA Warnings) I found that some warnings would cause issues with WD, resulting in an invalid xml file as well as failed parsing of tags in all processed files (there were parsed/generated HTML and PHP files with some tags processed and others not processed).  Disabling warnings resolved the issue.

Unfortunately we don't have any current warnings and I don't have any of the evidence previously submitted to the Bug Tracker.

Has anyone else seen this or does anyone have any clues or insight?  I want to be able to re-enable and use this feature but I can't until this has been resolved.  Do I need to wait until I see a new warning and try to re-collect the relevant files to attach here?

but, yes, next time the problem occurs, .zip and email me the relevant files so I can try and duplicate and fix the problem here

Thanks for finding it.  Unfortunately WD bug posts in Mantis aren't visible to us anymore, but really all that counts is that you have the details.

The next time a warning comes up I'll try to collect anything else needed, but this didn't seem to occurr with all warnings so it may be a crap shoot.

Or could you use a warning from a different part of the country?  Just use their codes instead of your own.  That is what I did to get a warning in my weather banner.
