graphs don't works/upload

looked my web page...

all my graphs stop work's/upload data from 29.08.2008 at h. 19.00...?? also the details of the sun and moon are stopped .
I have looked into the panel of internet/setup/upload and all it seems ok.
what can I do?

if you have removed the graphs from the web page, i.e so we can not now see them, to offer advice, what was the name of the files that were not updating?

I have the same problem too. A couple of days ago my curr. 24, ... graphs stopped uploading. They are still being created, but not uploaded via Internet file creation and uploads. Also my wxlocal2 stopped getting uploaded at the same time - again it still gets created. Possibly other files that aren't getting uploaded too. Other files are uploading thouigh, just fine.

One thing that I noticed in the ftp is that it keeps trying to upload a file called current.jpg which doesn't exist. Also I often see two instances of the ftp uploading the same files at the same time!

Excuse me. I am stupid. I had removed graphics while doing tests to understand where is the problem and did not want to publish on the web pages of incorrect data.

curr24hourgraph.gif (every 5 m.)
also..curr48hourgraph.gif.. curr24hourgraph.gif.. for two days no update
moondetail1.gif (every H.)
sunmoonimage.jpg (every h.)
all another (every h.)

Now, I load all the graphics on the web-page and not do more manual updates, so also you can control everything. Now, for testing, for all I set the graphics/upload updated every hour while the curr24hourgraph.gif is every 5 minutes.

(I installed the latest version of your August 27, 2008 'L'.)

just did a test here, and the curr24/48 and 72 hour graphs were uploaded OK
try setting the time to upload as 1 minute from now in the customise internet and file creation setup for that file and then check the ftplogfull.txt after it should have been uploaded

I came from work now and I checked all the graphics...
As you can see you, some are not updated at present ( curr24hourgraph.gif and sunmoon.gif ecc.. ).
However, now do as you have written and then I check again in a few hours ..and also install the latest version of WD (31.08.2008).
then you do know.

I installed the latest version and set the updating of graphics one minute. It seems that everything is going well.
Only sunmoonimage.jpg not update as set.

Now still control some day and you do know.

I have seen that into panel setup/internet must only enter the time to update the various graphics a minute ( now it's so ), if I enter a different time ( quarter/ half/ or one hour etc. .. ) graphics seem to stop and not updating on the web pages.

I do not know why this problem is perhaps a corrupt file in my folder "webfiles" ?

What do you think if I delete the folder "webfiles" and again after, I install the latest version of WD?

What are the files that I must first remove from the folder in order not to lose my weather data?

note that the data on the sunmoon image will only change once a day
so only set that to create and upload once a day
(its uploaded normaly with the averages/extremes update anyway)


also I would not recommend every minute updating, because of of the data does not change that oftenm, so that is a waste of resources
re the webfiles, are there some files that are not getting updated localy?

I do not know what happens some days..., we confirm that if I change the setting of a minute for updating no longer update graphics 24/48/72.
Also this morning suddenly the percentage sun was wrong, it was raining and the sky was completely cloudy and WD I showed the percentage of sunshine to 100% and the icon of the sun .. ( while the unit VP2 noted the icon Cloudy and 58 V/M2 - UV 0.5 ).

Now control as you said you, if in my folder webfiles there a file corrupt ..

 I noticed that when the program is closed WD remains the icon of 'WD FTP' on taskboard and the computer is 100% stress even if no program is open? I also tried to click on the " WD FTP " but does not open in any way. ( you look my immage on the right.

To close the icon must restart the computer.

What do you think could not be the 'WD FTP' corrupt on my computer and sometime close the transmission data?

you should be able to kill off that stuck ftpupd.exe process with task manager
it sounds to me like you might have too many times and too many files set to ftp, and its getting overwhelmed
i would try reducing the update intervals

for the solar %, you can set the averaring period...default is 10 minutes...i.e you can make that shorter (use the most recent version of WD for that)
also make sure that you have set the lat/long is set correct for the max solar for time of day

this does work correctly as long as its setup correctly

now all OK works, but I must not change the formulation for the updating of the graphs..if I leave one minute it is all right, if I change and I put once different, the graphs are not adjourned anymore.


however, I sometimes try to change the time of the updating and control..I will make you know.
