Yes, I did that when I first got the WD software several months ago, and the setup information seems to carry over with your updates.
I think I know what my problem is. I get data dropouts for sometimes long periods of time, especially from the temperature sensor. We are just past the winter solstice here, and even on sunny days the orientation of the sensor’s solar collector to recharge the battery is apparently critical. This is not a problem in the summer.
I may not be fullly charging the battery resulting in a weak transmission signal. With the data dropouts, I think WD may be getting ‘confused’ to an extent.
I’ll try to re-orient the sensor so it gets more sun. Of course, this is a problem with exposure of the temperature sensor so “sun spikes” and false maximum temperatures are avoided.
