WM918/WX200 faulty outdoor display
« on: July 06, 2008, 08:01:39 AM »
After many years of faultless service, my WM918 weather display has developed a fault, the outdoor display shows no dights only "-- --"  this is on all settings, Ive done a factory reset and nothing changes. I have checked the 10ft link cable for any faults but this seems to be fine. The indoor part of the display operates correctly.

I have checked a few websites and have come up blank,  Does anybody have any suggestions, or know anyone in Australia who may be able to possibly service it, although the unit is now getting long in the tooth, it still may be cheaper to repair then purchase a new unit.

is it the same for all outbdoor sensors, i.e. rain, wind and temp or all sensors?

Am looking for an outside temperature/humidity sensor for the WM918 if anyone's got one spare.
