Any easy way of setting up WdMysql??

I'm interested in setting up SQL(Using WD) but like everything else I'm interested in doing takes time that I don't have. Does anyone know of any easy to follow instructions...?

do you have a mysql server that you can use setup?
then you need to get the table created
then set up the needed parameters in the wdmysql program
