Saratoga's PHP Scripts and Validation ?
« on: May 23, 2008, 11:49:31 PM »
  I write it all up and must've hit he wrong button; I posted an empty one.

I've been working on Saratoga's PHP pages.  I have made the changes and have a very vanilla site up.   At the bottom of each page is a "validate xHTML" button.    On every page I tried it on, I get many errors, which might be from one of the called /included routines.

I have no idea (pure novice) of PHP, and have really no idea of even where to begin to find the problems I've introduced.

Would really appreciate one of the Guru's, or one who's already walked this path, to take a look at it and point me to the startin area for correction.

Thanks

Ken

No weather guru by a long shot, but smart enough to stay out of the desert sun...

You have a messed up footer.php
upload the one from the zip file.
Also for the error on your front page... your server will not create the forecast.txt file, create a empty one with notepad, upload it yourself
You may have to chmod it 775 or 777

same with..
rss-advisory-AZZ027.txt
uv-forecast.txt
