A version history list, could be great :)

Is't normal, that WD splash screen still shows build 35 after upgrade to 41?

Plex, I just updated today builds 35, 37, 40, 41 old, 41 new, and 42 for tests I was running, and specifically watched that splash screen each time.  Are you positive you are running 41 or have you an older copy on your Mac that is running?  Right-click on the icon in your dock and select "Show in Finder" and see if it is the same copy that is running when you go into the Applications/wdisplay/ folder and double click on the WeatherD icon, ok?  I have done this before where I clicked on the dock and it started the old WeatherD I have moved to my desktop. Leopard and Snow Leopard kep track of the movement of files so that when an alias of that file is clicked, like in the dock, in many cases it will still find it (defeating my intention lol)
Hope this helps,
Jim

I don't really understand...

I just replace the files in applications/wdisplay/ folder everytime a new version is availible and yes to overwrite?

If I right click the dock icon and show in finder, it's the file located in applications/wdisplay/

But I have 2 files called weatherd in my wdisplay folder? The program file with .app  and the other without any extension (it's the one I replace when updating).

The about function tells me also build 35? #-o

if using the .zip update
then make sure you copy the WeatherD file to
/Applications/wdisplay/WeatherD.app/contents/MacOS/

Hi

Could you please explain how to do that?

Should I use the unzip command in terminal?

unzip weatherdmac.zip -d /applications/wdisplay/weatherd.app/contents/macos/ ??

simply
double click the WeatherD.zip file
then click on the WeatherD file that has been unzipped
and then choose copy
then go to
/Applications/wdisplay/ folder
then right mouse click on the WeatherD icon and select, show application bundle
then go to the contents and then MacOS folder then paste the new WeatherD file there

easy as that

:)  Glad you got it fixed Plex!

Now after build 43 updates will eliminate that issue :)
