I've updated the distributions to include the V1.15 theme CSS and they validate to CSS 2.1

Version 1.53 - 16-Oct-2008 (see http://saratoga-weather.org/template/install.php for downloads)
(ALL) Updated CSS for theme switcher V1.15;
(World, World-ML) Updated quake-WORLD.php to V1.08;
(World-ML only) Added Afrikaans language pack to supported languages.
There is also an Afrikaans language add-on pack (with wind-rose) to add this to your existing World-ML template.

- fixed a cookie path problem (prevent multiple cookies if your site has subfolders)
All style switcher users should add this new setting to Settings.php somewhere before the style switcher is included:

// The path on the server in which the cookie will be available on. If set to '/', the cookie will be available within the entire domain.
// If set to '/foo/', the cookie will only be available within the /foo/ directory and all sub-directories such as /foo/bar/ of domain.
To upgrade from vers 1.15: replace all the css files and include-style-switcher.php from this zip file to your server

I'll add a bit of code to set a default $SITE['cookie_path'] so folks who forget to set that will have it work anyway

can you do it so if I am on a wxblog url like....
http://www.642weather.com/weather/wxblog/washington-weather/long-beach-wa-snow-2008/
it should not try to set cookie path to that url (that causes trouble if you change a style on a long url, then go back to the home page)
that is why I added the setting $SITE['cookie_path']
so I can manually set it to http://www.642weather.com/weather/

Yes, I'll see what I can do .. it's helpful to have a default setting that can be used if the $SITE['cookie_path'] is not specified.

I have to refit the mods to the multilingual version anyway, so it will be a bit before I'm ready .. with a distribution to test

I may already have that covered because in include-style-switcher.php I have this:

That will work just fine!  Thanks Mike ..  You might consider using $_SERVER['PHP_SELF'] instead of $_SERVER['SCRIPT_URI'] .. the latter variable is not set on some IIS servers, but the former is always available

$_SERVER['SCRIPT_URI'] was not working on my new host, maybe that is why I started having problems

anyway, I updated the style switcher again with  $_SERVER['PHP_SELF']

- fix css problem with too much right margin on mml page (when viewed in IE7).
the cause was the big temp interfering.
the fix was to add clear:right to main-copy and main-copy-dark

I'm not sure if it's something I may have caused when I added in the CSS for the wxraindetail.php script so it works with the screen switcher, however, with the new CSS files my wxwuhistory page and my wxhistory page have the Title Bar disappearing/reappearing/broken up, etc. with the new theme switcher's CSS files. When I put back the old ones, which had the wxraindetail additions, things went back to working.

This is happening with IE7 and only with the "wide screen" selection. In Firefox, everything works normal.

Could someone check this out and see if I've made some kind of a screw up?

If you select the "Blue" wide or narrow themes they are the old ones which work. All the rest are the new ones where the wide version is screwy.

EDIT: two additional things. I notice that the "old" versions don't center the top warning message and the new versions work in safari on the iPhone.

For me, the problem seems to be the "clear:right;" line which has been added to the #main-copy and #main-copy-dark CSS sections. I removed it from both and now all of my pages display correctly again in IE7 and Firefox.

Is this an "ok" fix for now or have I messed up something else?

EDIT: For whatever reason, even though the CSS of these two sections are the same in both the wide and narrow versions, I was only having the problem with the wide version.
