Good Day,
I just moved my old web site to a new weather specific site: cvweather.org
One thing I can't seem to get to work correctly is the warning at the top of main page. At first I thought it was a premission issue, but maybe its a path issue. Suggestions/direction?
"Warning: fopen(atom-advisory-PAZ063.txt) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /virtual/users/******-*****/web/atom-top-warning.php on line 246
I thought it worked on my old site: maff.us but I could be confused about that. I've played with it enough to make me dizzy, so I thing I'll take a break and go to work.

Depending on the specific setup of your webhoster, you may have to create/upload/set permissions to writable on the various cache files used.  See http://saratoga-weather.org/template/template-FAQ.php#FAQ10 for details

Glad it worked for you

Some webhosters prohibit PHP from creating and/or writing files by default, and other's don't seem to have that issue.
It's true that 'default deny' is a safer security stance, but may be a pain to get all the parts working on a new installation.
