If they don't want to signup for the developer stuff I have it available here for the 10.5.X Leopard users.

That would sure be convenient, but I don't know the legal side of including Apple software that isn't free it with a commercial product. 

I would think it safer to just make those files a requirement to run the Mac version of WD with certain brands of weather station hardware and include the link to the developer site. Unless you could get the blessing from Apple. They might say to go ahead since you're writing Mac software.
