The .zip version download has the main executable file, WeatherD.exe, and any other important udpated files
the idea is to reduce the size of the download
but if you have not downloaded and installed the full version before, you need to do that, and then run the installer (and make sure you install to the same location as before)
Note, either way, make sure you exit WD first before either unzipping the downloaded .zip version to where you have WD installed already or when you run the downloaded installer file (wdisplay32.exe)
Note, when upgrading or installing an updated version, you will not loose any data or settings (as long as you install to the same location as before)
