So what is a refurbished VP worth?
« on: November 16, 2006, 01:18:48 AM »
Having replaced one of my two VP's with a VP2, now I'm wondering what to do with the VP's. I was going to keep them and use one as possible parts for the one in use, but now I'm wondering about having Davis refurb/recalibrate both and sell them to partially fund another VP2. So, anyone have any ideas what a refurbished VP would sell for?

I am having my wireless VP1 refurbished by Davis to fix the humidity spike it had.  It is a full System, 24hr Fars, Solar/UV, wireless Anemometer transmitter , AC powered Relay, Data Logger, Remote plus thingy, etc... and more

Thanks, I couldn't find any complete stations on there, but I did see just a console that went for about $ 165. Guess I'll be making a trip to Davis today...

Hi,

I took it over to Davis to be refurbished, so it'll be available in a couple of weeks and it will be in as-new condition.
