First of all i updated my profile, for who wanted to know who i am 
Secondaly its not risk right to upgrade to the latest WDL?
Thanks for updating your profile, it can often make it easier to answer a persons questions when they provide such important information.
Since you have been having troubles with getting wdl going, it is probably worth your while to upgrade to the latest version (4.15) now, and not need to worry about updating it later.

Well i would like to update it, i have downloaded the WDL from the net, my concern is will i mess up anything? how can i upgrade it?
simply change the reference in the html to the new name of the WDL version, save that and upload the .html
and also upload the new .swf file to your server
Also keep a copy of the working HTML file for the old version and you can then go back to it very easily if things don’t work out as planned.
