clientraw php file and parsed info ??

If some of you who are familiar with the parsed data could answer this question for me

I am trying to add some data to the trends page of the caterlakes template (solar data) I am getting erronous data
 
My question is about the hours referred to in this data, is that say 4 hours ago or is it 04:00 am
I was assuming its 4 hours ago so that it would be a moving trend.

What file is that in?

In the WD directory is a file called clientrawdescription.txt that details the contents of the client type files.

Niko that info is in the clientrawextra file.

Dan the description file doesn't answer the question, It eludes to
what I think is the answer but I was hoping for a definitive answer.

But what I think the cause of my erroneous data is that the file is not uploaded regularly
It looks like it is uploaded to my site only once a day.

Clientrawextra is normally every 10 minutes, daily is daily.

Yea I rechecked it is getting updated, my WD had locked up.
