Dials [RESOLVED]

I am having a issue with the way the dials are looking.  I have restarted my system and the applicaiton still having them look like the attached.

That can be disabled in Setup menu, then choose Advanced/Misc settings then choose rain/wind/baro...
then in the wind section disable the glass effect!
