Incorrect text on web page

When using %5dayforecastday1%  or any day   I loose the " - "  in the wind speed . So 15-20 mph  reads as  1520 mph..  I'm using tried using Carterlake's original  template and it's is the same....

I've tried  %d5ayforcastday1%  it's the same, HELP

if you could email me the 5 day forecast file that is used when this is happening
