decrease minutes back for stopped raining i would, and some of the other thresholds too?

Just glad Krunch2 found it so quickly and we got multiple reports which helps pinpoint something amiss...

i was realy scratching my head, as it was not affecting me....but that happens too...
so all i could think was, what changed....just the verison number!

V10.30 works OK for me, but it doesn't seem to send rainfall (rained last night but nothing reported on WU) or wind gust data?
